Yin Yang
Wouldn't it be just perfect,
If everything was soul-pleasing?
All good, all bright and all positive,
Smiling faces and just oxytocin releasing?
Happiness being a whole day thing,
With roses showering on our heads
We gladly glide through our day
Worrying nothing, as we get to our beds?
Oh dear, as much as it sounds great
It is pathetic-
Pathetic to be monotonously routine;
As still, the water in the glass has been.
But guess what,
Life's a sea
With tides and ebbs
That sets us free!
We have our own set of hues & matters,
Possibly, devoid of a paint brush
A dull pallette struggling with blunders
Yet, holding infinite possibilities to cast exceptional wonders!
Dark and bright are no different worlds
Only as they coexist,
We value the elementary routes
Midst turns & twists.
Not all days are pleasant,
Not all days awful
It's just an art of balancing
That life teaches in a way beautiful!
Shadows of pessimism will prevail forever,
So will the vivid rays of optimism
It's incredible as long as sanguinity weigh,
Hey, roses with thorns are still gratifying, aren't they?
So, in and all,
Nothing will be flawless.
Ideally, the symmetry we maintain & strive
Will make us the happiest alive!
There will be good for bad,
Happy for sad,
Power for demise,
Truth for lies
Virtue and sin will abound,
The pride and shame will persist,
There will be liberty for ban
And hence, for every yin, there will be a yang.
