Equity

Human Resources constitute majorly in development of a nation. For that opportunity to this human labor is essential. These opportunities are divided on the basis of either Equality or Equity. 

Equality means every person having same opportunity and Equity means persons deprived of opportunity are given chances according to their conditions so that at last all the people share equal growth. 

For instance, if there are 5 children and 5 chocolates are to be distributed among them, each child will get 1 chocolate. This is Equality. But when there are 5 children and 4 chocolates and one child already has a chocolate we exclude that child & distribute the 4 chocolates to the remaining. This is Equity.

The nation does not need equality, it needs equity. It needs opportunity for the deprived and overall development. Nation will develop when humans will evolve. Equality comes from equity. 

The national resources are for all, some are able to utilize them and grow while some are deprived of the resources. These people should be focused and raised. 

But one thing to keep in mind is ability, capacity, hard work of human resource. Opportunities are to be provided to all but the output should be dispensed according to the quality of human  labor. Everyone should be given a chance but that chance turns into benefit only when you prove yourself. Justice to all be provided and the needy be uplifted.
